i agree with you ! and one thing i wanted to add that cops who are checking documents of non-russian-looking people near underground are making there job!! its s the question of law.because most of such people can stay in Moscow without registration that is forbidden! thats all! and its not the question of racism.
but of course problem of racism exists!
